value: Justice

what exactly justice?

Like a scale balance, everything must be
-Justice is to be fair to everyone
-equality among people

Justice is the ideal, morally correct state of things and persons. For many, justice is overwhelmingly important: "Justice is the first virtue of social institutions, as truth is of systems of thought." For many, it has not been achieved: "We do not live in a just world."
Ideals of justice must be put into practice by institutions, which raise their own questions of legitimacy, procedure, codification and interpretation.

As what said above, justice is important. It gives peace and happiness in people.

Giving people what they deserve
In one sense, all theories of distributive justice claim that everyone should get what he or she deserves. Where they diverge is in disagreeing about the basis of desert. The main distinction is between, on one hand, theories which argue that the basis of just desert is something held equally by everyone and therefore derive egalitarian accounts of distributive justice; and, on the other hand, theories which argue that the basis of just desert is unequally distributed on the basis of, for instance, hard work, and therefore derive accounts of distributive justice according to which some should have more than others.

BE FAIR & EQUAL. =D
HAVE JUSTICE IN YOU! =D

value: freedom

Freedom is do what you want.
Freedom is to choose what you want.
Freedom is to make the decision and bear on the consequences.
Freedom is to FLY like a kite without a string.
Freedom is to go out from jail.
Freedom is to run on a endless land.
Freedom is... all that you want to do and the think of the CHOICES & CONSEQUENCES!

STORY on freedom :DDD
One day, a girl asked her mother whether she could go to her best friend's house to stay overnight. Her mother did not allow her to go as there would be no adults to look after the two girls.

The mother seeing her daughter sulking and pouting her mouth, she quickly changed the subject. "Have you fed the fishes today?" mum asked. "No.." the girl answered. Then she went to feed the fish. Her brother rush upon her face and yelled,"I want to feed the fish too! I want to feed also!" The girl then looked at the fishes swimming in the fish tank and murmured,"How I wish I could be those fishes, swimming freely in the water... not like me, always trapped in this house" and she gave a sighed. Her brother thought of her sister words.

Not long after, when her sister finish her works and walks to the room, she saw her brother holding a dead fish on his hand. She immediately asked her brother, "Why did you bring the fish out of the fish tank? How silly you are!" Her brother quickly replied,"I thought the fishes wanted freedom too, so I brought it out of the tank." Her sister then shook her head in disbelieve of her brother's naive.

So, this story is telling us that every single CHOICES have its CONSEQUENCES. But, you have the freedom to choose what you want but the result may not be good as what you think. So, you always have the freedom to make your own preference, or decision. But always remember, that the consequences you must pay. One's have to face the music if they did something wrong and the decision is made by them.

WHAT OTHERS SAYS ABOUT "FREEDOM" ?

Freedom is the ability to act without restraint.
Spiritually, freedom encompasses the peaceful acceptance of reality. The theological question of freedom generally focuses on reconciling the experience or reality of inner freedom with the omnipotence of the divine.

we: Everyone's have their own freedom, to have their emotions! SO SMILE! xDDD

value: Healthy and Gracious Lifestyle

Story of man, who learnt the importance of healthy lifestyle

There was once a man and throughout his childhood, he never paid attention to his weight. Her mother went to the doctor and had determined that the breast cancer she was previously treated for had metastasized to her brain and lungs mainly because of her unhealthy lifestyle. He then tried to loose weight rather than just ignoring the fact. His Aunt was just as wonderful and was always there for him when he needed her. They were in every way, shape, and form ideal parents. He just think that healthy lifestyle decisions are important. He think that if they were more conscious of their health, they would still be alive today.

The neat thing about being part of a younger generation is that we can try to avoid the mistakes that our elders made. We can take their accomplishments and make them better. In doing so, he plan to take the values and morals that his Mom and Aunt taught me as well as the healthy lifestyle that he developed and live my life to the fullest.

So, eat more healthy food like fruits, vegetables and drink more water.

HOW CAN YOU BE GRACIOUS?
-by kindness and warm courtesy
-by tact and propriety of a merciful or compassionate nature.
-be generous and be forgiven
-do not jugde the book by its cover

-help others without asking for any return
-by nice and pleasant =D

value: Integrity

Integrity means there are no contradictions or discrepancies in your thoughts, words, or actions. Integrity to one's real self & to the purpose of a task earns trust and inspires faith in others.
Integrity is preserved if you mean what you say and keep your promises. Integrity is lost if you pretend to support a point of view but either don't care or are secretly opposed. Integrity is forfeit if what you do and what you believe are related only to the degree you get paid.

Cofounder Nona Brooks would say, "My power is my integrity." What is meant by this statement? When we understand who we are, being who we are, and acting who we are -- then we are in our power — we are being in agreement with our true nature. This true nature is our God-Self. When we understand our God-Self, that part of us that is whole, perfect, intelligent, life sustaining, creative, joyful, harmony and peace. And, we are giving life to our true self — in our inner thoughts and feelings. Our actions follow in deeds of love and service.
WE, students of SJC, are all WOMEN OF INTEGRITY!

value: God-fearing

God-fearing is to deeply obey god and respect god. God is the creator of this world and every single life. God is the one who gives us faith and his mercy allow us to be forgiven from our sins. God is our father.

Because God is love, He's a forgiving God. It's like if you cheat on your partner, you say you're sorry and you really mean it, and you promise never to do it again. Then, if you're lucky, your partner will forgive you. It's like that with God, but you're always lucky in that if you ask, with sincerity from your heart, He always forgives and then you are safe. All pretty simple really.

how you can be god-fearing:
pray to him when you are in doubt, he will always be there when you need him.
whatever he says, JUST DO IT!
whatever he tell you not me do, DON'T DO!

God is not only willing and powerful, He is also does not punish a sinner for more than his crime. He is merciful and His mercy, in the words of the Prophet "overcame his punishment." So He does not punish us for whatever we do, but forgives and erases our sins, and magnifies and multiplies our good deeds.

Believe in GOD & all he says. He loves us as we are all his own children.=D

value: Truth

Truth is to say the fact and reality no matter what will happen.
-When you say or express the truth of something, you earn and gain one's trust. Truth also enavle one to be acknowledge of the reality so that it is fair to that person.

Beauty is truth, truth beauty, — that is all ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.
John Keats, "Ode on a Grecian Urn"

Like what he said, TRUTH is the agreement with fact or reality. The real image of a particular thing will makes someone has a sense of secure.

Truth lights the dark and shines through the clouds, providing warmth to the heart and liberty to our soul.

In it's Universal form or everyday occurrence, Truth, since the beginning of Time has and always will, simply be The Gift to all of mankind. We have the freedom to either use it or abuse it...using it in conjuction with it's Universal dynamics and properties has and always will ultimately only produce a positive consequence...and by contrast, abusing it, has and always will ultimately only produce a disproportionate, imbalanced or selective consequence, and hence, by abusing Truth, we do so at our peril.

How can we apply 'TRUTH' in our daily life ?
-always speaks the truth no matter what
-if you see your friends doing something that are wrong, stop them or report to your teacher
-no cheating during examinations
-tell the fact and reality of something

TRUTH EARNS TRUST :)

value: Maximising Potential

It is to do what we can to our fullest strength and not just putting just a little of your effort. To achieve something, you must also set your own target and work towards it.

Some ways to set effective goals:
-state each goal as a postive statement: EXPRESS YOUR GOALS POSITIVELY!
-Be precise: When you have several goals, give each a priority.
-Write goals down: this crystallizes them and gives them more force.
-Keep operational goals small
-Set performance goals, not outcome goals: You should take care to set goals over which you have as much conrol as possible.
-Set realistic goals that you can achieve.
-Do not set goals too low
-Work towards it and believe you can do it!
Aim for a target!

Like a spring, you can compress and bounce up as high as you want. Just like if you work hard, you will sucess.

What others says:
-Just Do It Now: How to become the person you most want to beLynda Field, Vermillon, 2001, £7
Just Do It Now is about how to create the reality you want, overcome obstacles and realise the powerful effects of your own thoughts. It shows how you can overcome a natural fear of change by going ahead anyway and doing whatever you would secretly love to do.

-Change For The BetterElizabeth Wilde McCormick, Sage Publications Ltd, 2002, £17
Presents an easy-to-follow programme that helps to develop insights into the old patterns that govern our choices. It shows how to identify unhelpful patterns of behaviour and how to go about changing them in a realistic way.

As what they says, you can create the reality you want by just doing what you want to do and overcoming obstacles.
Most importantly, firmly believe in yourself, & JUST DO IT! Believe that you can reach for the sky!

value: Love
Love<33

Love is the principal which creates sustains human relations with dignity and depth. Spiritual love takes one into slience, and that silence has the power to unite, guide, and free people. Love is the bedrock for the belief in equality of spirit and personhood. Love is the catalyst for change, development, and achievement.

Love is also to forgive and forget. When you love someone, you will try to forgive their sins like what God did for us. Love is to take care and willing to do anything for someone.

In our hearts, Love can grow!

There are different kinds of Love. Like relationships between couples, kinship between family members and friendship. When we shower others with Love, you yourself also feel the happiness of loving and people will then love you back.

Besides loving others, loving ourselves is important too. We should have good habits to keep ourselves clean and neat.

We can express Love in our lives by caring about others, forgive the mistakes that others commited. We should respect them too. When your friends have doubts in their work, we can always Love them by lending them a helping hand. We can do what we can for others, without asking for any return. That's how Love should be spread!

Love the way all of us are! Everyone should give love and be loved. In a better world, the natural law is Love, and in a better person, the natural nature is loving. So, believe yourself that you can love! Love is the greatest thing on earth that makes us together here! =D
