value: Maximising Potential
It is to do what we can to our fullest strength and not just putting just a little of your effort. To achieve something, you must also set your own target and work towards it.
Some ways to set effective goals:
-state each goal as a postive statement: EXPRESS YOUR GOALS POSITIVELY!
-Be precise: When you have several goals, give each a priority.
-Write goals down: this crystallizes them and gives them more force.
-Keep operational goals small
-Set performance goals, not outcome goals: You should take care to set goals over which you have as much conrol as possible.
-Set realistic goals that you can achieve.
-Do not set goals too low
-Work towards it and believe you can do it!
Like a spring, you can compress and bounce up as high as you want. Just like if you work hard, you will sucess.
